February Seminar
This month's seminar will focus on how to alleviate tightness in the thoracic spine, which refers to the upper and middle back. Stiffness in your thoracic spine can lead to pain in your shoulders, neck or lower back. Sitting at your desk for long periods of time will increase these risks. We'll spend an hour focusing on improving flexibility in this specific area of the body.
